What I am doing now
About the NOW page
Inspired by Derek Silvers's idea, I created my now page, a page regularly updated that tells you what a person is focused on at this point in their life, beyond a traditional about page or social media updates.
Updated November 11th, 2023, from New-York City.
Finishing this website and my personal branding strategy
Working on the last details of this website and my personal branding strategy, after a long period of not being really active on socials.
Working on my offers and services as a consultant/advisor
Getting back in touch with old clients, reaching out to cool projects and entrepreneurs I want to work with, to understand their needs and improve my offers.
Building CreatorsForChange website and preparing a first meetup in NYC
After a long period of doubts and procrastination, finally building a landing page to share my vision and onboard like-minded Creators.
Going back to the gym and playing football (soccer) at least once a week
I've been working out way more this year compared to 2022, but I am still pretty irregular, so I am now working on ways to keep my good habits no matter where I live. ClassPass sounds like a good solution for flexibility. Groups on social media to find gym buddies too. And maybe accountability partner for home workout ?
People who inspire me a lot currently
Féris Barkat & BanlieuesClimat : I met him in May at ChangeNow and his energy and the work they are doing to raise awareness on the climate crisis within underprivileged area brings me a lot of hope. It's about climate justice, adaptation and resilience, but also about building a conscious political movement able to impact elections. Within developed countries, people living in underprivileged suburbs are the least responsible of climate change but are the one most impacted, most likely to die of air pollution or during heatwaves. The fact that they are within the highest abstention rate at elections and occupy all sorts of low-paid but essentials jobs give them a huge power to pressure policy makers and companies either during elections or by joining a union and organizing strikes.
Christian Vanizette & Chilli app : great team, great execution so far, building an app to make climate activism easy.
Jean-Charles Kurdali & Derek Sivers : I've been following JCK for a few years now, I love his content mixing philosophy and entrepreneurship, and the idea to live a more intentional life. He just made me discover Derek Sivers and I think his books and content will help me a lot !
